By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

1. Ownership
Bottomline® is a registered trademark of Zero2a Learning Innovations Pvt Ltd. All content, including but not limited to game materials, graphics, logos, text, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Zero2a and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Use of Website
The Website and its content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Website without prior written consent from Zero2a. Unauthorized or unlawful use of the Website may result in legal action.

3. Products and Services
Zero2a provides educational games, workshops and learning experiences for individuals, corporates, and institutions. Purchase or use of our products and services may be subject to additional agreements.

4. Payment

Payment Requirement: Payment for workshops, licenses, or other products must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase through our secure payment gateway. You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.
Third‑Party Processor: We utilize a third‑party payment gateway to process transactions. By submitting payment, you agree to comply with the terms, conditions and policies of that payment processor. Zero2a is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays or security breaches that occur on third‑party systems.
Currency & Taxes: All fees are payable in the currency specified at checkout. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be added at the time of purchase.
Pricing Changes: Zero2a reserves the right to change pricing for its workshops, licenses or services at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for.

Customer‑Initiated Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop booking, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. While we will endeavor to accommodate rescheduling requests, we cannot guarantee availability and may treat late cancellations as a no‑show.
Zero2a Cancellation: Zero2a reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any workshop or service. If we cancel an event, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Effect of Cancellation: Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice will be considered a no‑show and fees paid will be forfeited.

General Policy: Fees paid for workshops, licenses and digital products are generally non‑refundable. This is consistent with industry practice for services that are difficult to return or simply non‑returnable, such as subscriptions and digital products.
Our Discretion: Zero2a may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund or credit if we cancel a workshop, if there is a material change to the event, or in exceptional circumstances.
Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will not be entertained after 4 days of purchase.
Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for non‑attendance, change of mind, or failure to comply with our Terms and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activities and such suspensions are not eligible for refunds.
